What did I pay for?

I recently got this comforter set as an early birthday gift for my boyfriend, and he's not happy at all, neither am I. First off, it has glitter all on it, which is not upon the description. It also seems like more of a blanket than it does as a comforter, and that was the entire reason I got it in the first place.
