Test Before Use:
A. Connect the power supply, hose and test plug. (Note: The 12V DC wire must be connected correctly. The red clip to the positive pole and the black clip to the negative pole).
B. Check whether there are loose fasteners.
C. Turn on the compressor start switch. Check whether the cooling fan and compressor work properly.
D. Tighten the bleed valve and observe the pressure gauge needle. The filling speed with the test plug from 0 to 30Mpa is about 20 seconds.
E. Remember to unscrew the bleed valve to release the high-pressure air in the hose before removing the test plug.
Maintenance and storage:
1. After filling 5 to 10 times, please replace the filter element. The filter element can be used repeatedly after cleaning, but it cannot be squeezed and deformed. When the compressor's inflation slows down or the piston does not run smoothly, please disassemble the compressor for daily maintenance, including cylinder cleaning and replacement of the worn O-ring or check valve.
2. When the compressor is placed in the car, try to avoid relying on hard objects, so as to avoid damaging the machine. When placed at home, store it in a dry place so as to prevent electrical accessories from being affected with damp and burning out.
