This is actually the 2nd time that I purchased this exact book. The 1st one was so worn from the countless times I've read it that the pages weren't crisp and clean anymore. Experience, not theology.

This could be used for what it was intended for, or not. it is carefully written. Its meant to be applied, not just pondered. there is nothing that is difficult to do. You very well may not understand why you are doing a simple lesson that is nothing more than repeating a few words, but if you keep it simple and don't try to figure it out, it will come. As it is explained in the preface, its a simple teaching device. Do it.
