I needed a new exercise ball because the ones I've purchased in the past continue to leak air. I really like the companies approach and detailed instructions on how to properly inflate the ball. They give you a guided tape to ensure that you inflate the ball to the appropriate size. They also include a stand, plug removal, additional plug, and step by step I instructions to with a qr code to see a video. I will definitely purchase additional products from this company.
