Mitochondria Essence
Ubiquinol from Kaneka is the bioavailable form of coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is used in the mitochondria. If the level of Q10 in the body drops (detectable in a blood test), then increased oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction occur. After taking this for almost few months, I felt slight improvement with my health (although it may be just a psychological effect coupled with me practicing healthy lifestyle and taking other food supplements to reap the benefits).
