This is a lifesaver. Literally!
This product helped tremendously when I was pregnant. I was born with a neural tube defect so it was recommended by my doctor that I take a good vitamin while pregnant to prevent this happening to my child. I had my levels tested regularly, this product kept my levels at optimum levels and it didn't make me feel as nowhere near as sick as other prenatals.
