Cheaply made %26 uncomfortable
This product is advertised with a cozy feel. The only nice thing about it is the propane fire pit table. The back is super low on this piece of furniture. It was much smaller in person %26 looked chintzy. I returned this item %26 had to wait over 2 months for a full refund. I called every 3 days to “escalate” my ticket with customer service for a resolve. Finally after many escalated tickets, I received a refund. My refund came over two later into the new year. Everything else about this set is cheap. Let me save you the hassle of dealing with their bogus customer service.
