the tractor is fairly easy to put together really everything was fairly easy to put together the only thing is that the trailer can break off where it the pin hitches to the tractor or trailer broke completely off with the pin still attached we've only had it for a month if that and my grandson's only got to use it three times before this happened so I'm a little leery about the material the plastic that they use for the hitch itself I think the trailer can be plastic I just think it needs to be something a little bit more beefier if that makes sense and as long as they help us get us a new trailer I would probably rate this four out of five maybe five out of five for the money definitely following instructions about the battery don't leave it plugged in for long periods of time keep it charged other than that it's a good product
