Excellent!
I have been using this product for a while and feel like I am getting the benefit from it. I take 4 times per week. I chose this after seeing it very highly rated on a trusted supplement review site that Mayo clinic uses. My only "complaint" is that the discount codes never work for this, but I purchase anyway.

My b12 problems are solved with this product
For years I had b12 deficiency, which wasn't solved despite trying different supplements. The doctor prescribed me a monthly injection of b12 for the rest of my life. I decided to try this product, and it has been a miracle. My b12 levels raised a lot, and I have never have deficiency again (it has been already a few years since I discovered this product).

Excellent b12 supplement
I've been using these for many years now. They taste good, and are very easy to take. I was completely plant based for 10 years and took one of these per week to avoid definitely. They're very high dose , so one per week is enough for those who aren't deficient. I'm now eating a little meat, but will continue to take these, as I believe meat consumption alone will not provide enough b12 for anyone.
