Excellent Prebiotic Wafers
These were prescribed by my doctor. Although they sometimes break up, the packet is easy to use. I put water from my glass in a glass bottle, put the top on, and shake the wafers into it. (The packet holding a wafer is easy to open.) And these are prepiotic wafers, which are hard to find. They have a pleasant taste of pomegranite berry, which is not overwhelming.
