This China Gel sure does help my sore knees, calves, arms, and back while waiting for meds to kick in, and even after that, it does help. I'm sure glad my brother told me about China Gel. It works better than other muscle rubs. If I could afford it, I'd like to rub it all over my legs and arms and back. It smells good too!
