Excellent purchase

This was a different choice for me due to my preferred option being out of stock. However, I am not disappointed and now have the choice of two items that fill our rooms with a scent that is just delightful, and lasts for about 6 months. This product is ideal for anywhere in the home; Would definitely recommend Jo Malone and their products.

Take Care When Using

This is a beautiful scent much the same as the room spray and the candle. Probaly better value for money than the candle as it last longer. One issue a warning label needs to be on the box or base. This product is quite destuctive to painted surfaces and plastic. Its as strong as paint stripper as i have found out the hard way and its ruined my mantle piece through the drips from lid when removiong the cap.

Great smell, but....

Love the smell of this diffuser but after a few weeks the liquid turns to the colour of cold black tea. JM kindly replaced my purchase but the same thing happened again. Maybe a design fault with the black reeds, perhaps JM could consider changing to natural reeds.
