the taste is really good ! the best fat burner you well ever use .. it has a good portion of vitamin b12 .. I drink it 5 days in the week .. my fav flavour is the fruit punch .. you have to mix it with water and the amount of powder is only one scoop ... it also gives some energy before the workout
