Wasn't able to get out and see the dentist right away and had a really severe toothache The kind that doesn't let you sleep because it's just pounding away So I bought Orajel. It's kind of like a gel instead of a liquid. So I squeezed it out onto a Q-tip and then rubbed it around my tooth and it was like instant relief. Only had to use it for a day and a half but I was so glad that I got it and now I'll just keep it on hand in case I need it in the future
