Although it has a medium caffeine content, I find this tea suitable for all day drinking. I like my tea on the stronger side. I drink this tea in the evening. This tea doesn't interfere with my sleep. For me, a cup of this tea gives me comfort after a stressful day. I really like the whole leaf appearance of this tea. Most standard green tea turns bitter when steeped longer than recommended. I find this China green non-bitter even when steeped longer. The quality is outstanding.
