Damage, repair, sell....

The product I received had been damaged (the front left leg was broken off) and "repaired" (thread is stripped) with some type of caulking. It's disappointing that Walmart would selling an expensive product that is anything less than how it was originally built... If they weren't selling a damaged/repaired product I would have given this a 4/5. See damaged leg pictured below..
