M-Wave LED Safety Band

I wear this every night to walk an urban downtown area lake with my dog! It has probably saved my life at least once in the past 6 months. Just would like it to be small enough for my arm, I'm a small woman and I've already lost one about 3 months ago, just press a button and it flashes red lights on the yellow plastic outside part of the elastic hook and loop adjustable band. I have not had to replace the batteries.
