The video looks fun and looks like it is a good work-out. I am in excellent physical condition and have no problem with the intensity level but I have just recently started doing step and I cannot follow the moves. I have tried going through the preview moves but I'm still having trouble. I have tried another Amy Bento step video and have the same problem whereas I have tried a step video from someone else that I was able to pick up pretty easily and it is an excellent work-out. I have used the ab section on this video. It is easy to follow but not very challenging.
