Sturdy materials on the piping, the shelves are a little light, so don't expect to store weights on them. It was extremely easy to put together. The inner packaging is all labeled for the parts, corresponding to the diagrams. I accidentally unwrapped everything before I realized this. It was still easy to figure out. I was waffling between several of these racks. I'm glad I chose this one. It's a good value that seems like it will stand the test of time.
