good probiotics
We take these after reading about the importance of probiotics~good health begins in the gut! It's a good habit but have to remember to take each capsule at proper time so not as convenient as other supplements. Nevertheless we do our best to help our body.

I am a big believer in probiotics and was so happy to find Swanson Triple Pact which includes ProLacto Acidophilus, Pro-biotic-4, and NutraFlora. These cover the full spectrum of probiotics, and NutraFlora feeds them. They have really helped my GI health. The price is fabulous, too.
