good probiotics
We take these after reading about the importance of probiotics~good health begins in the gut! It's a good habit but have to remember to take each capsule at proper time so not as convenient as other supplements. Nevertheless we do our best to help our body.

This is truly one of those supplements I take consistently for the long term. It helps to keep my digestive tract healthy and regular. I believe it does a great job for my immunity as well. I love the convenience as it requires no refrigeration. Very good product!
