Decent quality for money, stools are on the smaller side

I never commplain about anything, but I felt like I had to on this item. The website shows 275 lb weight limit. The box it came in shows 250 lb weight limit. I've only put together 1 of the barstools I ordered, and I've been very frustrated putting it together. My husband (who can put together anything) was disappointed in the quality. One of the screw holes had a thick string of metal melted over the hole. We had to remove that metal before we could get the screw in. Another screw hole did not line up correctly, and it ended up stripping the threads. It is beautiful from a distance, but the seat had 3 imperfections in the threading. The seat cusion is lighter colored than what it looks like in the picture, and the padding on it was out of shape severely from the way it was packaged in the box. The wood piece at the top of the chair looks almost black in person instead of brown. It is normally [$], but I paid the sale price of [$]. It is not worth [$].
