I was trying to keep up with yoga sessions on U tube. It was so difficult for me to keep my balance and hold a pose. My body was very sore. I was introduced to your beginners DVD. I love it. I am 62. Rodney Yee's techniques is simply comfortable, easygoing, and relaxing. I feel much better about yoga now. I am excited to see how far I go. Aging has been a challenge.
