Stansport Deluxe Map Compass

Received it a couple of days before my hunting trip and was very impressed with the quality it was much better than my old compass anyway, my trip consisted of walking around 3 -5 miles a day for , 4 days in the woods, and it was right on the money as far as direction and getting back to my truck. Just might buy another for backup. Great price, good deal, Dependable.

There is nothing fancy to this. It's a fluid-filled compass and it points toward north. I'm going to use it to help me with geocaching, since my GPS unit does not show a compass. The bezel is twistable and it has a transparent board that it is mounted to. Although the site shows that this isn't available in stores, it is and for less than half the price. That's where I purchased mine from. This one says Stansport, and the one in the store says "Outdoor Products", but they are the identical product.
