Protects knees!

I've had this mat for many years. It has been used for lots of people as I am a trainer. I've also ordered many for clients. It protects the knees! That is the most important factor in the value of a mat for personal training. This one is a very good size to accommodate all clients. Love this mat! Best I've used. Won't slip!

I am a trainer. These are so good I get my clients to order these mats. They don't slide around. They seem to protect knees better than others. They look good for years. I am very happy with this product and all SPRI products.

Great mat

Comfort. Takes stress off knees wrists and elbows in floor exercise. Easy to roll up and store in a corner. Good inbetween for balance work when hard floor too easy and cushy pad is too hard. Use it daily.
