I love my new pot and pan set. No need to use cooking spray. Nothing has stuck to the pans. easy cooking, easy food removal as well. The handles do not get hot at all. All pots and pans are very sturdy and solid! The coating definitely looks different from the Teflon coating that other companies put on pans. I'm happy to not have so many lids either. One fits a few which is nice. I use silicon utensils so as not to scratch and I have used some plastic spoons as well. seems to be good to use. Definitely not using metal utensils. Chicken and yellow rice did stick to the stock pot but it could have been the cook as well. Got distracted and forgot the food. The large skillet is great for making one-pot meals. I have yet to cook sauces in the pans. Overall I'd buy them again. I have the bowl set made by the same company and I love those as well.
