A Disappointing Experience
I gave them a 1 only because there was no zero. I ordered this thinking I was ordering a filter. It isn't, it's just the plastic filter cover. When I contacted Walmart, they said they would report my complaint to the seller and they would get back to me within 48 hours. They never did. Bottom line: both Walmart and the "seller" (I thought I was dealing with Walmart) were unresponsive. I won't deal with either again if I can help it.

They call it a filter, but it is only the plastic filter housing, no filter element. The filter is not produced anymore (about 2-3 years), and none are in stock anywhere.......misleading.
