This thing has been a life savor for me as a momma! It's super easy to use, you can also buy other nose attachments as your child grows. I use this almost every day, with allergies and sickness it's so much easier than trying to have your kid blow, there is a button that plays music but I never used it while sucking out the snot; however my daughter like to press the button when it's not in use lol
