Good quality and easy to use
I've been taking Heritage Store black seed oil capsules for a month now, with a dosage of 2 capsules daily. The capsules are easy to swallow and a nice size, smell is also good, besides, so good quality overall. There's no strong taste. I haven't noticed any positive effects on my overall health and immune support yet, so I'm looking forward to continuing with them to see if it reduces my cholesterol.
