Of course it's not the same as a beef burger but it has a very good flavor and if you cook it properly it has a good texture. It's easy to over cook which gives it a slightly crunchy texture but the flavor is still good. I love that there is no grease!

I like these burgers because they don't have any meat-type texture or odour which is offensive to vegetarians like me. Also, has no egg which makes most other vegetarian burgers non-vegetarian as far as I am concerned. Carbs and fats are very low. Microwave a pair for 2.30 minutes covered and you're set. Soy sauce, peanut sauce, your various pasta sauces - just about anything works to make it a decently filling uncomplicated low cal high protein meal. Having said that, getting them is a challenge - and maybe it speaks to kraft's troubles today - they can figure out how to make the most out of a good thing. Thank god for Walmart!
