Ordered a Samsung Walmartfamily mobile phone online because non if the stores in my area had any available. Received the phone in 3 days. We tried to activate the phone and transfer all the info over but the phone was not active. Called help line and they stated we had to bei g the phone onto a Walmart so they could activate it. Shoud have be at the to.e of purchase. So whatever store it came from they didn't activate it. The Walmart in my area said that they could mot activate the phone so we returned it. The whole ti e we were talking to the young man in Electronics the women behind the counter was trying g to sell us a phone and would interup our conversation withthe young man helping us. It was quite rude.

I love the phone itself, 5stars if review was just for actual phone. great camera and great budget phone. I have the exact same one. Bought this online for my mother, it was delivered with no problem BUT when I tried to get it activated I was informed it had NOT been scanned at the store. The only way for her to get it working was to take it to a store to be scanned, no way for her to get to the store right now so that was a big issue for her.... so 3 stars because i know the phone is good and worth 5 but since it was delivered and not usable just 1 star so met in the middle for review

Dont buy this phone from Walmart

I have always purchased my phones off of Walmart site. I been with family mobile since 2012. I purchased this phone cause I needed to update my previous phones. Once received and transferred my Data. My phone wasn't working. Called customer service and they said the phone was not scanned properly and take it back. Well I did a pickup order for the first one so I decided to do a delivery one like I always have to receive my phones and guess what the same issue. Im just disappointed with is so now I have two phones to take back. The phone overall works great. The transfer of info was easy, the pics are clear and works fast. Also its lightweight even with an case on it.
