This product contains Senna. Read and follow package directions carefully. Stop using the product if diarrhea, loose stools, or stomach pain develops. If you have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that persists over two weeks, consult a doctor before using laxatives. Rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement after use of a laxative may indicate a serious condition. Discontinue use and consult a doctor. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a doctor. Consult a doctor before using this product if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have medical conditions. Not intended for treatment of chronic constipation. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a dry and cool place. Not to be used as food. Do not use if safety foil seal under cap is broken.

Easy to Take Adults and children 15 years of age and older: Drink 1 cup before bedtime. Children under 15 years of age consult a doctor. Recommended dosage: Wait 4 minutes. 50% dosage Wait 10 minutes. 75% dosage Wait 20 minutes. 100% dosage Do not exceed recommended dosage.

Directions: Pour freshly boiled water in a cup over 1 tea bag. To obtain 100% effectiveness steep for 20 minutes. Adults and children 15 years and older: drink 1 cup before bedtime. Children under 15 years: consult a doctor. Do not exceed recommended dosage.
