Directions: Recommended pan: 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" (1 lb. loaf pan).Speed Method*: 2 to 4 hours: Gas ovens slightly longer1. Coat loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place frozen loaf in pan. Do not cover. Preheat electric oven to 200°F, then turn oven off.2. Boil 1 to 2 quarts of water. Pour water into shallow pan placed on lowest oven rack. Place loaf in warn, moist oven. Let rise 2 to 4 hours, until loaf is 1" above pan. Watch closely so loaf does not rise to high. Remove pan of water.3. Leave in oven and set to 350°F. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.4. Remove bread from pan at once and place on a wire rack to cool. Brush top with melted butter or margarine, if desired. Place bread on its side for easier slicing.Convection Oven: Lower baking temperature to 325°F. Bake bread 15–20 minutes.*Speed Method Thaw may make bread less smooth on top. Flavor is unaffected. Best appearance is achieved using the Regular Method. Directions: Recommended pan: 8-1/2" x 4-1/2" x 2-1/2" (1 lb. loaf pan).Refrigerator Method: 8 to 16 hours1. Place in your refrigerator 6 to 12 hours. Remove from refrigerator and let rise 2 to 3 hours, until loaf is 1" above pan. Actual time depends on temperature of your kitchen. Carefully remove plastic wrap.3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.4. Remove bread from pan at once and place on a wire rack to cool. Best Bread Ever
Bread has become very expensive the past year or so. Rhodes is a great value with a price around a $1 per loaf. Baking bread at home is worth it because it is so fresh and delicious when the bread comes hot of the oven. I usually place the bread out on my counter right before I go to bed. My kitchen is cool, so it sometimes has to rise a bit more before baking. My sons come running when the bread comes out of the oven and the two of them can devour a loaf in less than 5 minutes. I like the fact that the bread does not contain any preservatives or artificial ingredients. I like taking hot loaves to neighbors. They think that I made the bread myself.

Fresh baked bread without the hassle.
This is an amazing product if you want fresh baked bread from your oven without all the hassle of doing it from scratch. Take it out, let it defrost and rise on its own, stick it in the oven for 20 minutes and you're done...fresh baked bread.
