Not for small dogs

Love the idea but this is definitely not for small dogs. My two pups can slide right through the bars. The distance between the bars should be listed. I purchased this item because the description said for small, medium and large dogs. My dogs are right at 15 pounds each so they fit in the small dog category. Now I feel I have a large piece of furniture that does not work as intended
