NO fishy regurgitation.
I have looked all over for a good Omega option that does not give me fish burps. I have even tried heavy duty prescription options like Vescepa and Lovaza. Although I know they are not *quite* the same as prescription options, THIS Nordic Naturals Complete Omega D3 is the only one that I can take without every meal taking like fish oil. Medications and supplements are only good if you are compliant in taking them regularly. This one makes it easy. Highly recommended.
