Best Omega so far
If you're looking for incorporating omega into your diet, I would recommend purchasing from Nordic. I started taking these supplements to address my hair concerns and so far I would say it has improved. The capsules do not have after taste and are the size is appropriate. If you're considering to include omega in your diet I would recommend to start with Nordic.
