I bought this primarily for baking and cooking, but I've since used it for instant espresso as well. No complaints. It's definitely a good value for the cost. This came super fast and it's in its own plastic container. When you open it it has a foil seal and once you tear that open, the smell is fantastic. I will definitely keep buying this. I have a few recipes that call for this and my husband loves adding it to his coffee
