You can come home from work and have a 3 pound chicken fully smoked in just 30 minutes. The smoker includes two 17 X 13 1/2 inch stainless steel cooking grates that pull out for easy access to food and smoker tray. The drip pan follows the cooking grate to help eliminate mess. The smoker has slide rails for the included second cooking grate and a removable side shelf. The food grade, high temperature door seal, heavy duty latch and adjustable front hinge all insure a proper seal.
