Getting the set

I have used vol 1-2 with an ab dvd (all Gilad) and was happy with this one because the transitions from 'commercial break' are a lot smoother than vol 1 and 2. can't wait to get vol 4. the exercises are good, losing weight with these products (use once a day after work).

It is gteat, if you are into fitness I recommend Gilad DVDs because it targets all the muscles, great results, Thank you Gilad....

Workout too short

It's 3 23-minute sessions; with commercials. Barely enough time to get started, then it's done. I like his personality, but would rather have seen it for say, an hour.
