However, as living things, plants may experience some stress during shipping. The good news is that this is usually a cosmetic issue that does not impact a plant’s overall health, thanks to their strong root system. If your order does arrive damaged, simply contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will be happy to assist you. COVERAGE: This warranty begins upon receipt of your plant and lasts for 365 days. If a plant arrives damaged or fails due to factors beyond your control within this period, we will take appropriate steps to ensure your satisfaction. LIMITATION: Shrub plants must be planted in an appropriate USDA hardiness zone to be covered under this warranty. EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover: Normal variations in plant growth and appearance. Damage due to improper care, neglect, or mishandling after delivery.
