Touch Screen Operations Menu is perfect, intuitive and easily manipulated. Clean-up is very easy, non-abrasive cleaning with soft brush and dawn dish detergent. Very quick cooking and toasting. Nothing I can say would detract from it's usefulness and ease of operations. Comes with all the trays/racks needed. I would highly recommend this for anyone!
