Green Lens is Yellow. Too much blinking!

The size of the lamp is good. My 3.5 yr old son was excited to get it for Christmas, until we plugged it in. The green lens does not look green at all - it looks yellow. Which then makes the middle yellow light look very orange. So, he said it doesn't look like a stop light because it was red, orange, and yellow. Also, the blinking doesn't stop, so it is a bit annoying. For the price, it would be nice if it had multiple light settings or at the very least, acted like a regular traffic light. I will be returning it.
