This warranty does not cover bulb breakage of any kind, or any damage to the cables by boat, propeller, anchors, fishing hooks, or if the unit has been tampered with or misused in anyway, and does not cover any act of God such as hurricanes, floods, lightning strike, etc.
If a failure should ccur, The purchaser must ship the defective unit back to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense for inspection. If the unit is found to be defective, that same unit will be repaired or a new unit or another repaired unit will be shipped back to the purchaser at the manufacturer’s expense.
