The Equate Nicotine 4mg Mint Mini Lozenges 108 count, works great for curbing my cigarette cravings. This gives me a dose of nicotine that I would usually get from a cigarette, and it's convenient and easy to take. The bottles are small, and easy to carry in your pocket or purse.
