Instructions
In Each Rounded Tablespoon Directions: Mix this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking. See Chocking Warning: Use product at the first sign of constipation or irregularity. Put one dose in a full glass of cold water. Stir briskly and drink promptly. Drinking another glass of water is helpful. Adults and Children 12 years of age and over: Start with 1 rounded tablespoon. Increase as needed, 1 rounded tablespoon at a time, up to 3 times per day. Children 6-11 years of age: Start with 2 rounded tablespoon. Increase as needed, 2 rounded tablespoon at a time, up to 2 times per day. Children under 6 years of age: Consult a physician. Directions for use (no scoop dosing): (1) Fill glass with at least 8 oz of cold water. (2) Measure rounded tablespoon of product (one dose) and stir product into water. Stir briskly and drink promptly.

The best laxative and constipation preventer is Citrucel. It tastes good, has minimal, if any texture, is less costly than others and is simply made from a derivative of paper, so, it'a very safe. I've used it for 20 years, have seen 3 GI specialists and continue to have it medically recommended by them. Don't mess with the awful texture and taste of other laxatives, this is the one you wont give up.

Taste like a orange drink, doesn't taste bad. I use 2 spoonful's, in one 8oz glass, then refill the glass to wash it all down. Never feel anything negative from it. Seems no different than drink a orange drink. Usually within a couple of days, it gets things moving again. If you want something that doesn't cause bloating, and only does it's job, then this is what your looking for. One container last quite awhile, about a year now.
