powerful taste, longer shelf life.

Dehydrated is the BEST way to go when you're looking for low sodium, low calories, and the most nutritional value without having to compromise for taste. This actually has the BEST taste to it because it's dehydrated which makes it have a longer shelf life %26 packs a nice punch for taste. I love using it with the curries that I make, as well as any other dishes that I am make. I'd recommend this before I'd go for any minced jarred garlic or fresh garlic, due to the longevity of the shelf life and powerful taste. Just remember to use a little less than you'd normally use because the taste is a bit more powerful than the minced jar stuff/fresh stuff.
