I should not eat white bread- it's not healthy. But I had a sandwich craving and this bread had high ratings so I tried it. Three loaves later (!) I'm writing this review. Ya' got me, Grandma! This bread is moist, has some heft to it (no cheap Wonder bread quality!) and tastes awesome enough to eat straight out of the bag. It costs more than I like to pay for bread, but I'm hooked.

Clean, fresh, and soft bread

I bought this bread specifically for french toast and bread pudding, and it was excellent. It allowed the taste of the french toast to come through, and the size was perfect. The ingredients are fairly good. It was fresh and soft. Very good white bread for items when you don't want seeds, wheat, and over contrasting flavors. It stayed fresh for a few days.
