great texture for my picky keto kid

My son is on a modified ketogenic diet for his disease process and it's difficult to find food that he likes because he is such a picky eater! I bought this and I used Rao's marinara sauce with mozzarella cheese and he loved it! It was a great value because a regular keto pizza would cost more at a restaurant. I didn't have a regular pizza pan so I used a baking sheet that was 9x13. It was nice because it was like making real dough and it didn't have a weird taste like other keto crust and breads tend to do. The texture was just like a regular pizza crust. highly recommend!
