Missing Parts, No Communication

Feeling scammed! I paid for the shed and $200 to get it assembled. The assembly is outsourced and the guy was great, but quickly learned there are missing pieces. He told me what to do, but I still haven't heard back from the manufacturer about the missing parts. The worker told me it actually takes 10 hours for one person to put it together, but they scheduled him for 5 hours. He's great but I have to deal with the company about his payment somehow and can't do any of it until I hear back from the manufacturer. He told me he does this all the time and probably a third of them are missing pieces.
