These panties are briefs with a smooth silky feel to them. They go on like regular panties and have no bulge between the legs like the store brands do. They are about one third of an inch thick in the crotch area and you will never notice it! They will hold different amounts of fluid depending on the level of protection you choose! I had to do quite a bit of searching, just trying to find something that would fit the bill for my small leaks. Just enough to get your panties wet. And then give off an ammonia odor. Nothing else to buy and mess with. Nothing to throw away. Washable. Look good. Fit good. Can't feel it. Nobody else can see it.
