Good quality and comfortable. On a real active day, I also use a pad with it. My model is for lightest use. I seem to vary a lot however depending on weather conditions and other factors. They do wash well.

This is the third time I've ordered this set of 3 for my husband. The original ones wash and dry so well...no shrinkage! We try to help the environment by not buying disposable underwear, and these are way more comfortable. He goes through at least 7 pairs/day. He really likes them because they are soft, comfortable, fit him true to size at XXL, and "help" with his incontinence. They are very absorbent but don't keep all urine inside. Depending on how much diuretics he is on for congestive heart failure, it varies on how much leakage there is. If there is about 1/4 c. or less, the inner pad absorbs it. But if there is more than that, the pad will not hold it all, it leaks on a lot more of the underwear and his jeans, so he must change. For that reason, we always carry a change of clothes. These mens' underwear are EXCELLENT QUALITY, AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. They are costly but we feel they are worth it.
